As corporate vice president for the One Commercial Partner business, Gavriella Schuster leads the Microsoft partner business strategy, across all commercial partners. Her organization is responsible for managing the partners as well as leading initiatives and programs globally that enable partners to build IP, services and profitable businesses, and deliver solutions that empower customers to digitally transform their companies and realize greater business value through the use of technology. Gavriella has extensive experience in sales, marketing, product management, and partner development with a strong track record of managing customers, partners, and teams. She has worked across multiple parts of Microsoft’s business from managing sales and marketing teams across the Server and Cloud business, the Windows Client Commercial business, Enterprise Services, licensing, business development, training initiatives, segment marketing, and global operations.

Gretchen is a 25+ year tech industry veteran with vast experience in commercial, public sector, industry, and partner sales and marketing across small, medium and large businesses—including leadership of both traditional channel ecosystems and technical evangelism across student, start-up and developer audiences. Recognized as CRN Channel Chief and CRN Women of Channel Power 100 in 2018, Gretchen serves as Vice President of Go-To-Market for the One Commercial Partner Organization at Microsoft, where she leads Partner Go-To-Market strategy and execution with 100K partners responsible for over $20 Billion in US revenue. Prior to this role, Gretchen led business and market strategy for the US Developer Experience & Evangelism organization, where she oversaw efforts to build partner ecosystems with ISVs, startups, developers, students, and IT pros to accelerate third-party application development on Microsoft devices and cloud platforms. Gretchen has also led commercial, industry, partner and public sector marketing for Microsoft’s US Subsidiary. Gretchen built the Worldwide Partner Cloud Strategy for Microsoft’s partner ecosystem, driving new channel transformation, profitability and cloud economics, enabling cloud & digital transformation for customers across industries and segments. Her work with CIOs & CMOs across corporate America combined with her deep passion for students, start-ups and STEM based programs, led to her to co-found Women-in-Cloud, an initiative she leads to drive awareness and programs to close the gender gap for women in technology. Before joining Microsoft, Gretchen was a founder of an open source start-up SaaS company and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a global ISV, delivering web services to Fortune 500 customers. Her depth of experience across all channel ecosystems, including startups, ISV’s and large global service providers gives Gretchen a unique perspective to help companies connect to commercial partners and engage more deeply with Microsoft.

Karen leads the strategy for digital marketing engagement that serves the global Microsoft partner ecosystem. Karen has held multiple marketing roles over her 19 years at Microsoft including work in global technical readiness, licensing, sales excellence, audience and channel marketing. She is co-founder and steering chair of Women In Cloud, a community-centered organization focused on helping technical women-led lead companies to lead their business in the cloud by providing access to opportunities and investments, being an advocate on issues that impact women in technology, and enabling programs that drive business success.

Carrie is a co-founder of Women in Cloud, she leads west area sales as the Vice President at Information Builders a privately held, Goldman Sachs backed, BI & Analytics software company. With two decades of experience leading, transforming and driving growth in global sales and channel organizations. She is a passionate about building teams, helping people gain access to new opportunities and resources to accelerate their career journey. Carrie was recently named #14 leaders in The SaaS Report’s Top Women Leaders in SaaS 2018, and serves on the advisory board of Corent Technologies, a leader in cloud migration and SaaS-enablement technologies.
