Ellie is the Senior Director of Customer Experience Transformation at SAP Concur, a member of Pipeline Angels, and led Community Experiences at TEDxSeattle. From hyper-growth SaaS to multinational corporations, she’s worked with executives and teams to improve their outcomes with customers, employees, and leadership. Ellie loves working with organizations and people to tackle complex problems. Her curiosity fuels the need to understand through continuous learning and enlightening experiences. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family, read, explore, and leave things/spaces better than she found them.

Wendy is on the Chief Diversity Officer on the leadership team for the NYC Comptroller’s office. The Comptroller is an independently elected officer and their duties include managing NYC’s fiscal health, rooting out waste, fraud, and abuse in the government and ensure that all agencies serve NYC as per the needs of the citizens.

As Chief Diversity Officer, Wendy Garcia is responsible for increasing contracting opportunities for Women- and Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs) and managing the Comptroller Office’s internal supplier diversity initiative, as well as other diversity-related projects across all bureaus of the agency. Ms. Garcia also leads the Comptroller’s Advisory Council on Economic Growth through Diversity and Inclusion – a group comprised of national, local, corporate, and government experts seeking to increase supplier diversity in the public and private sectors.
The Comptroller’s Office of Diversity Initiatives, led by Ms. Garcia, releases “Making the Grade: New York City Agency Report Card on Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises,” a report that examines how well City agencies meet existing supplier diversity goals while outlining additional measures that could be taken to increase the participation of MWBEs in City contracting.
Previously, Ms. Garcia served as the Deputy Chief Diversity Officer at the Office of New York City Comptroller, Director of Community Outreach and Partnerships at the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD), Deputy Director of the Manhattan Borough President’s Northern Manhattan Office, and Immigrant Research Analyst for the Rockefeller Foundation through Baruch College.
Ms. Garcia earned a Master’s degree in Urban Policy and Management from New School University with a concentration in Economic Development, and a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Delaware.

Colleen leads marketing for M12, Microsoft’s venture fund, and serves on the board of Women@Microsoft. She has held several marketing and communications roles across Microsoft, most recently as the Executive Communications Manager for the head of Microsoft Azure. Colleen holds an MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard College. She produces Microsoft’s Women in Business & Technology podcast and co-hosts Microsoft’s weekly YouTube series, Microsoft Unboxed. Colleen is on the board of Seattle nonprofit Reel Grrls, which empowers young women and gender nonconforming youth to share their stories through media production.

As the CEO and Co-Founder of two international companies, M&C Consulting and MC2, Giovanna Mingarelli plays the dual role of technology entrepreneur and thought leader. She has served in the office of a former Prime Minister of Canada and is a member of the Government of Canada Treasury Board Secretariat External Advisory Board for Talent Cloud, developing the future of work for Canada’s Public Service. She has also contributed to The Globe and Mail, The Toronto Star, CBC-Radio Canada, and the Hill Times and is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post and is cited by Harvard Business Review and Forbes.

Ms. Mingarelli has been an active contributor to events at the White House in Washington, D.C., and the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting in Davos, Switzerland. In 2015 Ms. Mingarelli was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women by the WXN. She holds an Honours degree in Political Science and International Relations from Carleton University.

Sarah Muckler-Visser joined Microsoft in 2012 to lead Worldwide Health Marketing after 15 years in the Health IT industry. In this role she built the industry’s largest marketing engine globally, leading the global health marketing strategy and execution to 194 countries, 74 subsidiaries, and for the entire Microsoft product suite. Today, she is accountable for the world’s largest through-channel marketing engine in the IT cloud market today. Muckler-Visser is focused on continued growth for Microsoft and partners in driving cloud customers for partners at scale and providing access to partners in ways they can reach together with Microsoft. Prior to coming to Microsoft, Muckler-Visser’s roles were within the healthcare privacy, security, and compliance space as well as patient care. With a deep background in healthcare IT, she spent 10 years in product and marketing management within the radiology information space, where she spearheaded the RIS and Reporting business for the US in both private and public sector. Sarah Muckler-Visser is committed to the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem and the innovation they bring to the customers they serve.
