As a mom to three young kids, Brea champions inclusive hiring practices and fearless conversations about workplace fit, especially for her working parent peers. Prior to founding Lions+Tigers, Brea worked for Fortune-50 companies, and for firms with less than 50 employees. The commonality: the intersection of business needs and human needs, driving for impact and growth.
