The WIC Cloud Cosell GTM Accelerator is an intensive program that allows you to brainstorm with other up-and-coming women leaders and founders, and receive direct input and guidance from industry leaders and executives. After the initial 3 month accelerator we offer 3-years of engagement and support to make sure you have the most successful outcomes that you can. Our goal is to help you architect your solution to become cosell ready and have a strategic GTM in place with Cloud hyperscalers to build a million dollar business in billion dollar industries.
Since graduating from the WIC Microsoft Accelerator, Stylyze has grown revenue by 44% year over year and had the opportunity to position their management team as thought leaders in retail transformation and women in technology. Stylyze has been featured in several publications including the Puget Sound Business Journal, WWD, Women Of Wearables, Retail Innovation Hub, Authority Magazine, Silicon UK, Forbes, Retail Gazette, Thrive Global, The Next Web and Tech Round. We’ve since gone from one or two sales every month to growing monthly recurring revenue including returning clients that see us as being part of their recruitment process. Year over year thus far is 400% growth, and we still have five months to go. We’ve increased our client base five times what it was last year. We’re now listed on Microsoft Appsource and Women in Cloud Marketplace. We’ve gone from servicing one country to four and soon to be six.
Our growth has been phenomenal. We were selected by IRAP, a division of NRC in Canada to receive co-funding for software development. Our participation in the WIC Accelerator was one of the reasons we received the funding. The funding has enabled us to continue to develop the "paid" version of our software which is launching April 2, 2021.
We launched our first software module one year ago and immediately had 300 registrants using the free version which also brought us over $200,000 in new business in the first month of launch and several new customers.
With the net new customers we attracted with the software, our sales revenues last year doubled (from $3M to $6M).
We were selected by Forrester Research as one of the top marketing firms in the world for providing channel marketing solutions to technology companies.
We fundraised over 1.45 million on seed round, acquired yearly contracts, the largest food service, the largest fruit/vegetable companies in the world and more. We acquired cybersecurity certification (costly and tedious but needed to work now with enterprise), hire 5 more rural engineers in the USA. We are now fundraising 10 million and very confident because of the enterprise growth path we were taught.

While attending the WIC Microsoft Accelerator and up to now, the SDE was in the “build” phase. Therefore, our goals aligned to MVP completion, brand recognition and sales posturing were of utmost importance. While an immediate customer win was not one of our immediate goals, it is worth noting that prior to MVP completion (on target for March 2021) a Fortune 500 pharma company reached out to us and is interested in adoption of The SDE and has begun a contracting process which aligns nicely to our March release. This contract is worth >$1M, and is being sold prior to product completion. This opportunity is grounded in historical relationships with users of the old SDE system who found significant value and has not yet found a similar technological solution.
Chosen to participate in Octane’s LaunchPad SBDC (Small Business Development Center). This award-winning, nationally recognized high-tech development service provides business guidance and creates access to capital growth resources. WIC participant Martha Montoya, recommended SciMar to Octane LaunchPad after successfully completing the program on behalf of her company Agtools,. LaunchPad SBDC ranks in the top 5 of more than 900 SBDCs in the US.

Successfully raised our first investment round, expanded our team to 4, been featured in Geekwire and King5 as well as added customers like Zillow and the University of Washington to our growing list.
Since graduating from the WIC Microsoft Accelerator, illuxi has been able to more effectively target large companies with many employees to train.
To offer training programs to companies with 1000 employees or more, you need to have as many optimization processes already in place as possible, which WIC helped us achieve. WIC allowed illuxi to compete with major players in e-learning, especially with the opening of a new office in Europe in September 2020.
WIC allowed illuxi to stand out among the official Microsoft partners in the United States and solidify its partnership with Microsoft by obtaining the "co-sell" badge, which means that Microsoft invests directly in the sales efforts of illuxi's technology solution.We gained more than 10,000 new users and increased our sales by 50% in Quebec thanks to WIC.
In addition, we made our very first major sales in Europe (Luxembourg) in early 2021. We are targeting three $100,000 projects in Europe by the end of the year. To this end, we are already in discussions with major partners in Europe (including the global giant Decathlon) who are interested in our Cloud technology.
Since graduating from the Women in Cloud Accelerator Program on January 23, 2020 (it was a great Birthday present), we continued to test the product in beta and entered into a Development Partnership with Crayon.com in December 2020 -- Microsoft's 2019 #1 Global AI Partner, to advance the product from Minimal Viable Product (MVP) to a Minimal Loveable Product (MLP).
We were on the runway accelerating to take-off when COVID hit and it came to a temporary halt.The Development and Marketing of this product has been self-funded by myself. We have no other investors.... just me.
While it hasn't been easy to make the personal sacrifices to get this much-needed product into the marketplace, we are now ready to scale. Thus, we have not applied for any Grants up to the submittal of this application, but we will be pursuing growth options.We currently have $715k in requested engagement proposals from Q42020 to current.
B’ZT is seeing progress on a number of different fronts:For starters, B’ZT is the winner of the WIC Global Pitch Challenge during the Summit. We received a complimentary 1-year mentorship from Microsoft Teams and a $10,000 cash prize. This mentorship will be invaluable to us as B’ZT can be groomed into a scalable business that is enterprise ready. Through an introductory connection by one of the advisory board members of Women in Cloud, B’ZT was introduced to the Chignec to Central Regional Centre for Education in Canada. (https://ccrce.ca).
It is comprised of approximately 2,700 staff, all striving to provide a well-rounded education for almost 20,000 students from Pre-K to 12. They reached out to us for our solution for their special needs children who are prone to wandering. Their region is made up of 67 schools in central and northern Nova Scotia.Another institutional client that reached out to us after the WIC Summit is CCS Disability Action in New Zealand (https://www.ccsdisabilityaction.org.nz/) They contacted us for a bulk purchase order.
CCS Disability Action is the largest pan-disability support and advocacy organization in New Zealand. They have a long, proud history of working in partnership with disabled people and families to provide dedicated and flexible support services.
